- Minimum of five years of professional driving experience

- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, supported by clean driver abstracts and a proven commitment to safe driving practices
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification, where required, with a clear understanding of hazardous materials handling and regulatory compliance
- Ongoing training and refresher programs to ensure operators remain current with evolving regulations, equipment, and industry best practices
- Regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to reinforce hazard awareness, site-specific requirements, and safe work procedures
- Experience working on active construction, remediation, landfill, and industrial sites
- Thorough understanding of secure loading, tarping, containment, and spill-prevention procedures
